| Problem Detail: | charging port May 11th 2022 6:50PM ::: Talked to the CX. & told him that there is a problem with the main motherboard & est. will be $165. He approved the estimate for the repairs. ESTIMATE APPROVED.... MF May 13th 2022 2:00PM ::: Talked to CX. has told him that 100% his CPU is shorted & this is why the 19v is not present. Gave an option for MB replaced $225, but he does not want to repair. Please return back without Repairs. NO REPAIR WORK DONE. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF |
