| Problem Detail: | not turning on check and call customer February 16th 2022 3:30PM ::: Talked to the CX. & told him that it looks like the internal SSD card is defective & might have to be replaced. If 128GB Card has to be replaced, total cost will be $285 &WITHOUT the SSD & repairs will cost $165. He will talk to his boss & let us know..... MF February 20th 2022 3:30PM ::: NAND Chip is defective., NOT AVAILABLE, ONLY Option to replace Main Motherboard which will be Too costly to repair. Pls. RETURN AS IS., Cannot repair Further. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF Feb. 23 he picked up around 12 Noon .......... Khawer |
