Problem Detail: | we replaced LCD few months ago, now there is issue in the touch.... we replaced LCD on Sept 25, 2020 ON key is broken.............. Khawer WE REPLACED LCD ON SEPT. 25, 2020 WHICH MEANS OUT OF WARRANTY.............. KHAWER January 19th 2022 2:30PM ::: Called the CX. & she told me the problems & then I asked for FULL RESTORE PERMISSON & ALL HER DATA WILL BE ERASED. SHE AGREED TO ERASED ALL DATA.... RESTORE PERMISSON GRANTED... MF January 19th 2022 3:30PM ::: CX. Touch screen is defective & had to be disabled through it's hardware in order to work good. Now all works fine. Tested ok & re-loaded FRESH Win 10 again. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF Jan. 22 replacing the key will cost u $65 where as whole keyboard is $200, the color of key will be different, she is OK.... Khawer |
