| Problem Detail: | liquid damage May 5th 2021 3:10 PM :::: Spoke to the CX. that the liquid spill is on the I/O chip & that is defective. This chip is not available & now the main motherboard has to be replaced. Estimate CX. $245 for the main motherboard replacement. He will let us know within a day or so. Waiting for CX. reply... MF May 11th 2021 4:10 PM :::: CX. texted & refused the estimate. Requested to ship the notebook back to the store ASAP. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF |
