| Problem Detail: | BROKEN SCREEN but customer just want to fix disk reading issue which is LASER, call with free estimate....... KHAWER April 17th 2021 4:10 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & she told me that the problem is with the SD Game Slot. For this I told her to drop off a Game Card on which it is giving errors. She will drop off the game tomorrow. .. MF April 20th 2021 5:30 PM :::: Problem is with the SD Game slot board. Have to order it.. till then the CX wants the Nintendo back & when the parts comes in we will request the CX. to bring back the Nintendo..... Part ordered tonight. MF....... READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.
