| Problem Detail: | WANT TO SAVE GAMES November 24th 2020 2:00 PM :::: Talk to the CX. & told him that the PS4 in in the restore mode & there is no way we can update the system. All his games & data will be ERASED. He said that he has all the games & will re-load again once all is restored to factory default. HE WAS OK WITH IT & OF WITH ALL HIS DATA & GAMES TO BE ERASED. RESTORE PERMISSION GRANTED BY CX. Estimate Approved $90 for restoration. ... MF November 24th 2020 5:30 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & told him that the HDD is defective.
