KHAWER October 22nd 2020 4:15 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & told him that his Laser Assembly is defective & will cost him $110. He approved the Estimate & asked for a discount that he would pay $100 cash. Please consider... ESTIMATE APPROVED... MF December 10th 2020 2:30 PM :::: For the second time the Laser Assembly has been ordered as the one ordered was defective & did not work. Taken permission from CX. to wait for few more days. ... MF Jan. 07 at 3:11 pm informed cx that we recd part but it was defective, not fixable, pls pickup as is, No charge.. Khawer |
