| Problem Detail: | KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING, if ok with service $65 +tax if keyboard need to be replaced $125 +tax Oct. 15 at 3:40 pm informed cx that it need ultrasonic cleaning, which will cost u $65, after that we will be in a position to see if ur keyboard need to replaced or no, he said OK go ahead............. Khawer Oct. 16 at 2:10 pm informed cx that we did ultrasonic cleaning and it is working fine but little slow, if you want to make it fast we have to re-install OS and data saving will cost you additional $120, he will call us back... Khawer OCT. 17 at 10:44 am recorded msg that we can not increase ram as u have max where as ur HD is defective, pls call to discuss... Khawer |
