| Problem Detail: | not turning on Sept. 19 AT 1:30 pmcx., came for update, told him that our workshop will call you today by 3:00pm... Khawer September 19th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Talked to Emad & told him that someone worked on his notebook before & tried to re-program the BIOS. Now we have to do the digital re-programming again & will cost you $165., he was ok with the estimate..... ESTIMATE APPROVED... MF September 21st 2020 2:45 PM :::: Spoke to the CX. & he say that the motherboard is costing him too much, $345 ~ $385... He said not to repair further & return the notebook AS IS.. No repair work done. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.......... MF |
