| Problem Detail: | Diag / stuck on update screen Call Cx with issue and price July 28th 2020 1:05 PM :::: Talked to CX. & told her that the PS4 has to be formatted as its in that FORMAT mode & DATA can be saved. Told her it would cost her $65 for the restoration ONLY & if any part required, we will let her know. She would get back to me within an hour.. MF July 28th 2020 1:45 PM ::: CX. called back & he was Ok with the format of the SONY PS4 & told him all his DATA will be erased. He was ok with that too. ..ESTIMATE APPROVED $65 .... MF July 28th 2020 2:30 PM :::: Restored back to factory default. All works fine. Tested ok. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF July 28 at 4:22pm recorded msg., that ur PS4 is ready..........Khawer |
