| Problem Detail: | msg can not access system storage, please call customer with free estimate, $60 is pre-approved, if more customer July 8th 2020 2:45 PM :::: Talked to Tomiwa & told him that his HDD might be defective, FIrst we will give a try by formatting the HDD & ALL HIS DATA WILL BE ERASED. He was ok with it, it the HDD has to be replaced, then we charge $135 for a 500GB HDD.. ESTIMATE APPROVED ... MF July 8th 2020 4:45 PM :::: Initializing the HDD solved the problem. Now boots up fine & latest version software updated. Ready for Pickup..... MF |
