| Problem Detail: | June 3rd 2020 2:25 PM :::: Talked to the store & he told me that the store had repaired the notebook beofree & charged him $165 & now he say that he would not pay more money but the laptop has to be repaired. We agreed to this... MF June 3rd 2020 3:25 PM :::: Clean ME-BIOS Region has to be re-build & EEPROM re-programmed.Fixed the Booting issue & activated the SSD card to make it the first boot drive. All works fine. NO CHARGES as we charge him in the previous work order...... MF June 5th Cx., picked up, No charge.............. Khawer |
