| Problem Detail: | NOT TURNING ON May 26th 2020 2:25 PM :::: Estimate the Customer that the Power Management chip seems to be the defect & once opened then only we rectify this issue, Est. to CX was $165. Told him that something is shaking & loose inside. He was not happy with the estimate & told me that the battery was charging & in on position. He told me to ship the notebook back to the store without repairs. NO REPAIR WORK DONE. Returned AS IS. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF |
