| Problem Detail: | data recovery.. check and call the cx about cost of repair APRIL 3 at 11:21AM recorded msg that Hard drive is bad, we have to install new HD and OS and it will cost u $145, if u want to get data recovery, minimum charges will be $200. He called back and approved $200 for Data recovery, if more we have to call customer for approval.............
