| Problem Detail: | HDMI IS NOT WORKING, ESTIMATED COST IS $110 +TAX, CALL CUSTOMER WITH ESTIMATE BEFORE DOING IT..... KHAWER March 25th 2020 2:25 PM :::: Tried to call the CX. but no answer., Then texted him to call back. Please inform CX. that the problem is not with the HDMI Port, we replaced the HDMI port but still no display. The problem seems to be with the HDMI contrl' chip or the main video Chip. Repair Estimate will be $165. Pls. approve & update notes.... MF March 26th 2020 1:25 PM :::: Spoke to CX. & told him that the displasy chip is defective & will take long to get. he said that the repair is taking to loong, RETURN BACK as is. CX. old damaged.
