Problem Detail: | VERY SLOW, CHECK AND CALL CUSTOMER WITH FREE ESTIMATE.. KHAWER DVD COVER IS MISSING, LINNING ON THE SCREEN, ADAPTER MISSING.... KHAWER March 5th 2020 5:45 PM :::: Called the CX. but no answer, left a text message for the CX. to call back. CX call back & I told her that the DC-in jack has to be replaced as it is broken & the entire Win 10 software has to be reloaded & internal service has to be done. All this would cost her $90. All her data will be erased. She was ok with it but she said she need to talk to the husband. Will inform us in an hours time... MF March 5th 2020 6:15 PM :::: ESTIMATE APPROVED $90 for Reformatting the HDD, DC-in jack & internal service. TOLD THE CX. THAT ALL DATA WILL BE ERASED, & THEY WERE OK WITH IT. NO DATA OR BACKUP REQUIRED... MF March 7th 2020 2:25 PM :::: DC-in jack replaced. All new Win 10 loaded & activated. All works fine. Please inform CX. that in the near future the whole LCD Screen has to be replaced as lines at once come on the screen & by pressing in the centre it disappears. other than this all works fine.
