There is no Hardware problem, problem with the software, sound works fine with another HDD., have to re-load Win 10 again. For this I need permission & if backup required then he has to pay more. Texted the CX. to call back... MF February 29th 2020 2:25 PM :::: Talked to CX. & he does not want to pay $70 for the repair. Requested me to return the notebook back to him without repairs.
