| Problem Detail: | charging port issue $100+tax approved February 17th 2020 2:25 PM :::: Charge Port replaced. CPU fan serviced & new CPU coolant compound added. All works fine. Tested ok. i tried to call the CX. for fan service would cost him an additional of $35 & Fan service had to be done as the CPU was heating up & the notebook could not be given back to CX. in this condition. CX did not reply yet. Please add $35 to the Grand Total $135 ...... READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF Feb. 18 at 5:19pm called, No answer.............. Khawer |
