| Problem Detail: | NOT BOOTING..DAIGNOSE AND CALL THE CX January 29th 2020 2:25 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & told him that the video chip has to be repaired & will cost him $145... He want the Memory to be upgraded too., he will talk to his wife & let me know later.... MF January 29th 2020 6:25 PM :::: ESTIMATE APPROVED & CX. wants to upgrade Memory... Please inform him the price when notebook is ready after repairs. ...MF January 31st 2020 2:25 PM :::: Replaced the AMD Video chip with new solder balls. All works fine. Tested ok. CX wants a Memory upgrade, please help him.... I upgraded the Dimm for him, made it 8GB. Kindly charge $20 add to the previous grand total of $145 + $20 = $165. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF |
