| Problem Detail: | GRAPHIC CARD ISSUE January 24th 2020 12:45 PM :::: Left a text message on CX. phone # to call us back for a repair est. Repairs of the Graphic card will be $185 (Added Ultra Sonic Cleaning) where as replacement of a new Graphics card will be $350 (This inclued installation & service) .... MF January 24th 2020 1:45 PM :::: Spoke to Scott & he approved the estimate for $185 for the reflow of the video chip. & I promised him if this does not work then the $185 will be adjusted in the replacement of the new graphic card. ESTIMATE APPROVED $185 January 24th 2020 6:45 PM :::: Grafted Video Chip re-flowing done with brand new solder ball flux - Serviced internally (LOTs OF DUST). All works fine, tested for a long time. Keyboard & Power cord in the iMac Original Box. NO MOUSE WAS SHIPPED WITH THE iMac. ...READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF |
