| Problem Detail: | December 14th 2019 2:25PM :::: This is not a repeat repair. It has a problem with the main logic board, its totally dead., Battery is fully charged. Talked to the CX. & told him about this Logic board issue & will cost him $185 for the logic board repair & the EFI password removal. He said that he will let me know about this estimate with a day or so. Hold on to the notebook till I get an answer from him. Created a New Tag for him... MF December 14th 2019 2:25PM :::: CX. Texted me & Approved the Repair Estimate $185.... ESTIMATE APPROVED December 20th 2019 6:25PM :::: EFI Password Removed & Ultra Sonic cleaning done.
