ONE MORE TEXT will be sent to the CX. thereafter the notebook will be shipped back to the store without repairs. If CX. calls please estimate Video problems repairs $135... Repiar time 10~15 days. MF December 19th 2019 3:30PM :::: CX. called, left a message on the phone, but I could not answer, now I left a message for the CX. to call back.... MF December 19th 2019 3:45PM :::: CX. just called back to Approve the estimate. ESTIMATE APPROVED $135 December 20th 2019 2:25PM :::: Video Chip re-flowed & new Coolant compound added.
