| Problem Detail: | BIOS MESSED UP.POWER COME AND GO. NEED TO TEST AND GIVE ESTIMATE BEFORE REPAIR November 26th 2019 4:35PM :::: Texted the CX. to call us for a Repair Estimate. If CX. call pls. inform him that there is a short on the motherboard which is causing the notebook to turn on & then off in sec'. To rectify this problem, please estimate for motherboard repairs $165. NO DISCOUNT ON POWER MANAGEMENT CHIPS PLEASE. called customer and told about the situ 11/26/2019 November 26th 2019 6:35PM :::: Talked to the CX. & I told himm that since the Lenovo BIOS update messed up his notebook, Lenovo should take care of this situation & repair the CX. notebook on their end as the BIOS update release was from them..>> CX. will inform us. ... MF Please NOTE THAT THE NOTEBOOK WAS WITHOUT THE HDD SIDE COVER... November 27th 2019 5:25PM :::: BIOS Re-Flushing ONLY approved $125....might be done in 2 working days... MF December 1st 2019 2:00PM:::: Repair is costing more than the notebook. RETURNED BACK TO CX> WITHOUT REPAIRS... NO REPAIR WORK DONE..
