November 27th 2019 1:10PM :::: Texted the CX to call us for the repair Est. Please explain him that the iMac power supply is dead & first to safe him money we will try to repair it for $275 & opening & put in a part is a big job & careful hassle., & if cannot repair then we have to replaced the whole power supply assembly which will cost him $375. Kindly relate this message to him..... MF
November 27th 2019 1:20PM :::: CX. called, I gave him options & I told him that I would check warranty status first before we carry on with the repairs. I am waiting for his call again.... MF

December 9th 2019 2:25PM :::: We received the Power supply part & repaired it but there is a problem with the main logic board, inform the CX. about this too & he was ok with it & told us to repair the main logic board or we have to give estimate for a new logic board.. .... MF
December 14th 2019 2:25PM :::: Informed the CX. that we repaired the power supply but no support of the repairs of the main logic board as this is defective too. We tried to repair but parts are not available. Khawer to give estimate for a new logic board ranging from $650~$850... Khawer pls. estimate CX. this repairs. ... MF
