MB was replaced , app take long time to open diag and call cx nOV. 5 AT 5:03PM CX CALLED FOR UPDATE, TOLD HER IT IS in workshop and they will call you today or tomorrow. Also informed her that it is already out of warranty, if small issue they will fix it free.......... Khawer November 6th 2019 7:25PM :::: Called Bernadette & told her about the Notebook. I informed her about the estimate $165., but she say that she is on disability., we will consider a huge discount for her... We can see if we can fix the problem FREE OF COST for her since she is on disability & cannot afford that cost. .... MF..called cx laptop is ready to pickup at 2;58pm ..7 nov..kajal November 7th 2019 2:25PM :::: Service the notebook internally., all works fine. Tested ok.
