July 6 at 12:40 pm recorded msg that looks like HD is OK but we need to repair the OS, if it works, will cost you $85 +tax, otherwise will call you again for data saving option......... Khawer July 7 at 11:19 am recorded msg that we tried to repair the OS but could not, now we have to save data and reinstall OS, regular price for data saving is $65 minimum but we will give u special $45 for data saving Total = $120 |
