KHAWER October 24th 2019 2:15PM :::: Talked to Cody regarding his notebook that it will cost him $225 for the video chip re-flow. He approved the estimate & said carry on with the repairs. Approved $225 October 24th 2019 2:45PM :::: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NOTEBOOK CAME IN WITHOUT THE SSD CARD & THE WIFI CARD. (NO WiFi or SSD) October 25th 2019 5:25PM :::: Spoke to Cody regarding his notebook & told him that the Chipset is defective., need to order a new one. He was OK with it & the wait time too 15~25 days. He asked me if this does work, then he does not have to pay any money. He ok with it & approved the estimate of $300....
