| Problem Detail: | Not turning On Diagnose and inform customer. Sept 14 at 11:56 am called customer for esttmate, no answer pls call us back for estimate,,,, we have to estimate $245... Khawer, approved.$235 or 245 and she was asking discount as her brother knows me.... Khawer September 20th 2019 5:07PM :::: The customer was very upset as she did not get any updates. I spoke to her & told her that I have the part & if all is ok I would ship it to the store, either case she wants the notebook repaired or not by Monday. Please note DING marks in nearly middle of the LCD screen NOT CAUSE BY US> September 21st 2019 2:25PM :::: All corroded components replaced & ultra sonic cleaning done. As this was mis-communication on our part we have to make it to our dear customer. I have given her a 10% discount being our valued customer. 10% off $245 - $24.5 = $220 (round up ) ...
