| Problem Detail: | Graphic issue Diagnose and inform customer September 13th 2019 12:25PM :::: Sopke to Don about the Graphs issue & told him the repair will cost $165, I bough the price to $145 + Taxes & he APPROVED it.... & if the Graphics card has to be replaced then the price will be $300 Above.. MF September 17th 2019 2:25PM :::: Graphted video chip re-flow done. All works fine. READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF PLEASE NOTE THE THIS CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED FOR A 5% DISCOUNT AS HIS PREVIOUS REPAIR TOOK LONG ENOUGH & WE PROMISED THAT IS HE REPAIRED ANY ITEM AGAIN HE WOULD GET A 5% DISCOUNT FROM WORKSHOP ON YOUR NEXT REAPIRS.
