Problem Detail: | WON'T BOOT UP BROKEN CHECK AND CALL CUSTOMER PASSWORD=Angry2018 September 9th 2019 2:25PM :::: Repaired the LCD hinges, put in a comptible CPU fan, & ordered original CPU. Will notify the CX. when fan comes in. Please note that the boot process is extremely slow & notebook needs a complete restore. Please inform CX. to take backup & format the HDD. Beside this all works fine. October 3rd 2019 5:02PM :::: Talked to Manish about the CPU fan come in & to drop off his notebook anytime.... MF October 9th 2019 2:15PM :::: Fan replaced with a original Dell Fan. If charged before please DO NOT charge again for the fan replaced as this was a promise to the CX. from our side...... MF October 13th 2019 2:25PM :::: Talked to the CX> & told him that his 1TB HDD Is defective & gives clicking sound., has to be replaced. So he agreed to install a lower capacity HDD in the notebook. Offered him a 500GB HDD for $65 as he already paid for the previous repairs. Pls. ONLY charge $65 additional for this service READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF |
