| Problem Detail: | Not turning On Diagnose and inform customer September 4th 2019 2:50PM :::: Talked to the CX. about the NB repair. She aproved the repair est. $120 & if mothebroard has to be replaced then the cost will be around $150~$200... She agreed to this too & the repair wait time from 2-3 weeks. September 5th 2019 1:05PM :::: Main motherboard ordered today as the older one was short & could not be repaired. 15-25 days for the part to arrive. Informed CX. through a TEXT message. ... MF September 27th 2019 2:25PM :::: New Motherboard installed & updated. All works fine. Tested ok READY FOR PICKUP.......... MF |
