Talked to CX. was I told him that there is some corruption in the Windows 7, this is why it is not booting up. I suggested him a complete clean format & he was ok with it TO LOOSE ALL HIS DATA>> AGREED TO FORMAT TO HDD WITHOUT ANY BACKUP. He told me that the HDD was replaced by us a while back....
