September 2nd 2019 4:25PM :::: Called the CX. & told her about the HDD faulty. Replacement or format old one... will get back to me with an answer. MF September 2nd 2019 4:45PM :::: CX. Called & gave Option 1: HDD $85 + OS .. Option 2: Format for old HDD $60 - Option 3: Backup ranging from $70~$120 CX choose Option 2 & 3, the backup of videos & photos only September 4th 2019 2:25PM :::: Option 2 selected & done., ( Formated the old HDD, reloaded Win 10 Pro & activated & did a complete backup of all photos, videos & documents.
