| Problem Detail: | Water damage AUG 26 AT 7:13 PM recorded msg that, we cleaned in our store but it did not work, now we have to send our workshop, if it works, it will cost u $135, if we need ato replace any part, we will call you for re-estimate..... Khawer August 27th 2019 3:25PM ::::::: Work started.. PLEASE NOTE THAT DIGITIZER (TOUCH SCREEN) IS CRACKED FROM THE TOP LHS.. NOT CAUSED BY US... ....MF August 27th 2019 3:35PM ::::::: CX. Approved the repair cost of $245 & LCD Screen replacement. Talked to Justin personally & was ok with the repairs. September 1st 2019 2:25PM :::: LCD/Touch assembly replaced. All tested cleared. Will be deliverd today... MF |
