| Problem Detail: | DEAD, NO SIGN OF CHARGING, $75 +TAX PRE-APPROVED... KHAWER NO ADAPTER OR CABLE............ KHAWER July 22 at 3:48pm cx approved $85 for Battery replacement............ Khawer August 25th 2019 2:25PM Main battery came in & fully charged but no luck with the repairs., The main logic board is defective as we noticed after we installed the brand new battery, one of the main chip started to heat up a lot which is very abnormal for this chip to heat up. The Logic board cost more than the entire Sony Tablet. Please return back to CX. as parts not available & too costly to repair. Cannot invest more time in this. ... NO REPAIR WORK DONE, RETURN BACK AS IS ..... MF To be returned back on the next delivery to the store.. August 26th 2019 1:25PM : Ready for Pickup....
