Problem Detail: NO DISK FOUND MSG, ACCORDING TO CX HE BOUGHT FROM SOMEONE AND THEY WIPED IT, IF OS AND DRIVERS $85 +TAX, IF HARD DRIVE PROBLEM, WE HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER... KHAWER May 18 at 5:59 pm recorded msg the SSD/Hard drive is bad, we will call you tomorrow to let you know the cost..... Khawer MAY 20 AT 3:02 PM, recorded msg the ssd hard drive will cost you $100 , plus $85 for Windows installation, total will be $185, pls call us .... Khawer may 20 at 3:30pm cx called and said he want to take back Laptop, so don't fix as he was complaining for quoted $80 by yesterday where as we told him estimated cost, so we checked and found $100.... Khawer mAY 22 AT 11:30AM RECORDED MSG THAT YOUR LAPTOP IS FIXED/READY FOR PICKUP...... KHAWER MAY 22 PAID $185 PLUS TAX. WHEN LAPTOP WAS OPENED WE REALISED THAT THE HD WAS NOT BAD BUT WAS ACTUALLY MISSING. THAT IS WHY DISK ERROR MSG WAS COMING
