Oct 15 at 8:40pm cx called for update, told him that we need to replace logic board part and minimum approval of $250 required , he approved, also told him that if we need to replace another part we will re-estimate you... Khawer Oct. 26 at 12:40pm cx called for update, told him we are waiting for keyboard, most probably will be ready by Tuesday. NOV. 3 AT 3:40PM INFORMED CX THAT DUE TO CANADA POST STRIKE, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR PART.... KHAWER NOV. 27 AT 10:31AM CUSTOMER CALLED FOR UPDATE, INFORMED STILL WAITING FOR KEYBOARD BUT THE CANADA POST STRIKE IS OVER TODAY, HOPEFULLY WE WILL GET IT SOON NOW.....
