| Problem Detail: | turning on black screen, and also not charging January 26th 2023 2:30 PM ::: Talked to the CX. he told me to repair the AC charger problem only, Est. Approved $120. If he is not satisfied with this repairs then he would go for a New Motherboard which will cost him $345. He is ok with the notebook without the battery,... MF January 26th 2023 5:00 PM ::: Removed all connections for the battery & no longer charge or work on battery as the other repair centre removed components & never put back. BIOS updated digitally & works fine with AC power. All works fine & CX. is ok with this repairs. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF JAN 27 AT 11:48 AM recorded msg that ur Laptop is ready .............. Khawer |
