| Problem Detail: | Broken charging port Nov. 30 at 10:32am :::: informed cx that now we have the parts and we can fix it for $185, she was surprised and said, she will talk to her son and let us know today any time................. Khawer December 16th 2022 2:35 PM ::: Talked to the CX. & informed her what we will be doing. So she agreed on the repair & then she asked me ablut thye warranty. I told her that on PHYSICAL DAMAGE no one in the world will offer any kind of warranty. But we will offer 10 days warranty for for being our good CXs. She is waiting for the store to call to finalize the repair cost. Pls. offer her 15% discount due to the nature of work, that's it..... MF December 16th 2022 2:00 PM ::: Joined/Soldered the broken DC-in jack board back to the main motherboard. Inform CX. to insert jack gently & DO NOT remove any protective tapes. All works fine. Tested ok READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF |
