| 1 | Problem Detail: | TURNS ON BUT NO DISPLAY $100 January 27th 2022 6:30PM ::: Talked to the CX & told him that someone worked on the Laptop before & did some real wierd soldering next to the BIOS Chip. We will try to repair for $165 but if cannot repair the main motherboard will be estimated.... Kept on hold till I get an answer from them.... MF January 28th 2022 1:30PM ::: CX. called back & approved the Estimate & if we cannot repair it, then the est. of motherboard will be given later.... MF February 4th 2022 2:30PM ::: Called the CX. & told him that the Motherboard is not repairable & now it has to be replaced with a Brand New Motherboard which will cost him $345 + Shipping. He will think about it & let us know by tomorrow... MF February 5th 2022 3:30PM ::: CX. called &he does not want to repair laptop any more. Please Return back to store AS IS.. NO REPAIR WORK DONE....READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF | ||
