| 1 | Problem Detail: | not turnning on October 6th 2021 1:10PM :::: Spoke to the CX. & told him that there is a short on the main motheboard & to repair, it will cost $185. He agreed to the repair cost & request for a fast repairs... ESTIMATE APPROVED $185.... MF October 10th 2021 1:20PM ::: Talked to Archak & told him that we removed the short but tehre are still problem with the motherboard after even replacing 3 parts. So given him options i) Wait for another part which we have already ordered 20~30 days ii) Purchase a new AMD Ryzen 5 2500 motherboard which will cost him $550 (Shipping, Installation & Labor charges included) iii) Take the laptop as is & pay us nothing as we cannot repair further..... He will let us know after he talks to his management.. Waiting for CX. answer.... MF October 12th 2021 12:30PM ::: CX. called & he does not want to repair the Laptop further, ESTIMATE REFUSED & pls. return to CX. as is.... NO REPAIR WORK DONE.... READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF | ||
