| 1 | Problem Detail: | NOT TURNING ON June 6th 2021 3:30 PM ::: CX. Approved the repair est. of $145. or if cannot repair, then we have to give her the motherboard est. which will be $225 & above. She approved in both case but still have to call her.... ESTIMATE APPROVED.... MF June 7th 2021 1:30 PM ::: Texted the CX. that a part has to be ordered from China & will take 15~30 days for the part to come in . If all ok she will text back... MF July 2nd 2021 1:30 PM ::: Call the CX. & told her that we received the part but it was of a different version. Requested her whether she could wait for another 30 days., she agreed to it & told us to order Part again... Part reordered... MF August 5th 2021 4:25PM ::: Talked to CX. & told her that we are not getting the correct Parts, ordered twice but still the same. Now I recommended her to replaced the whole motherboard which she agreed & is willing to spend $235 + Taxes.... ESTIIMATE APPROVED...... MF Aug. 11 at 11:15 am called, no answer, we replaced MB $235............. Khawer Aug. 11 at 11:27 am informed cx. Laptop is ready, we replaced MB $235............. Khawer Aug. 20 at 1:01pm she paid cash and picked up her Laptop ............... Khawer | ||
