| 1 | Problem Detail: | not turning on April 21th 2021 4:15 PM :::: Called the CX. but was going to the answering machine. The note 3.3V is shorted & not generating any voltages. To rectify this problem it will cost him $185 or if cannot repair the main motherboard has to be replaced, costing $385~$450... CX. just texted, he will call back soon. CX. called back & approved the Repair Estimate of $185 if cannot repair then we give estimate for main motherboard. April 23rd 2021 3:00 PM :::: Spoke to the CX. & told him that a part assumingly is defective & has to be ordered locally but he asked me the price of new motherboard. ( i5 4GB $285 , i5 8GB $335, i7 8GB $395).. He told me that he would inform me later.... Waiting for Customer's call back...... MF April 30th 2021 2:30 PM :::: The Cx. texted back on the offical phone & approved the estimate i7 8GB $395... Part will be ordered today... ESTIMATE APPROVED...... MF May 25th 2021 4:10 PM ::: Replaced with a Brand NEW main Motheboard. All works fine. Tested all & PHOTO Proof send to CX. on May 25th 2021 4:15PM. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF | ||
