KHAWER February 5th 2021 2:30 PM :::: Talked to the CX. & told him that the Video chip is shorted & we might be able to repair. If not he said that he will not go for a new Motherboard as its cost around $1100. He approved the estimate of $185 for the repairs. ESTIMATE APPROVED $185 .... MF February 5th 2021 4:30 PM :::: Confirmed the NVIdia chip is shorted & now it will be too costly to repair. CX. does not want to repair further. Please return back to CX. NO REPAIR WORK DONE...
