Shailinder Dec. 22 at 12:12 pm informed cx., Keyboard is liquid damaged, trackpad and some components are also damaged, estimated cost will be $400 but she said that is too much, we have to call her back after christmas for estimate..... Khawer we have to call customer after christmas that the battery is also bad and it will cost u about $450, where as we can pay you $200 and you can get another Laptop ........ Khawer Jan. 4 at 11:15 am informed cx that we will try to fix the liquid damage, keyboard and track pad for $300, if any part need to be replaced we will let you know and the price of the part i.e. battery or HD, in worst case we can offer you about $200 for parts, she said goahead and try to fix first............ Khawer jAN 7 AT 10:57 AM INFORMED CX THAT NOW IT IS WORKING BUT BATTERY GOES TO 30% -35% ONLY, U CAN USE IT WITH PLUGIN only, but if u want to install new Battery the cost is $165, She said, she will call us back within 30 minutes.... Khawer Jan. 12 at 11:16am called no answer.......... Khawer January 15th 2021 5:30 PM :::: Thorough/Deep ULTRA Sonic Cleaning done & corroded components replaced. Main Battery, Keyboard, TrackPad & Front LOGO Strip replaced. Fan move fine & battery charges well. All works fine. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF | ||
