Tried to call the CX. but no answer. Pls. Est. $185 for the repairs..... MF December 9th 2020 3:00 PM :::: CX. Called Back & approved the Repair Estimate... ESTIMATE APPROVED $185... MF December 16th 2020 2:30 PM :::: Texted the CX. that the NVIDIA chip is defective & not available is market. Now the whole motherboard has to be replaced. This model with the NVidia chip only come with an i3 processor. Please quote $245 for the replacement motherboard & part to come will take 30~45 days .... MF December 17th 2020 12:30 PM :::: Part (MAIN MOTHERBOARD) ordered today from China. Wait time 25~45 days... MF December 16th 2020 2:30 PM :::: CX. called bcak & approved the estimate for the Motherboard replacement. Told him in this model Only i3 is available with same motherboard spec. He agreed & Approved the Estimate. ESTIMATE APPROVED..... MF January 12th 2021 2:30 PM :::: Main Motherboard replaced, all works fine. Tested ok. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.....MF Jan. 13 at 1:49 pm recorded msg that ur Laptop is ready.......... Khawer | ||
