Khawer Sept. 22 at 2:56pm informed cx that we can replace the inner pads and it will cost u just $135, he was concerned about the coffee smell, so discussed with Mathais and he said even if we replace the new keyboard and mouse pad, the coffee smell still will be there but miner one, informed him, so he will think about it and call me back... Khawer September 23rd 2020 2:45 PM :::: Ultra Sonic cleaning done to the trackpad & the keyboard, All works fine. Not a lot of smell left.... Adour goes away with time. Notebook works fine. READY FOR PICKUP FROM BRAMPTON WORKSHOP.......... MF Password=ascend2020 September 27th 2020 2:45 PM :::: The Mic module is so badly corroded due to the liquid spill that it hard to find the broken traces. NO PARTS ARE AVAIBLE. Better & cheaper to use an external Mic rather than purchase this expensive module. Even after Ultra Sonic cleaning cannot repair further. Pls. return back to CX. as is.
