The problem seems to be in the software, but still not sure, maybe his SSD might be defective. Have to reformat the SSD in order to find the problem, ALL HIS DATA WILL BE ERASED. Est. to CX. $145 for the OS installation & internal Service.... MF aUG. 29 AT 6:01PM RECORDED MSG THAT LOOKS LIKE os IS DAMAGED, or may be the HD is bad but in order to check it, we have to format ur HD, please let us know if you have data on it ?......
