Estimate given to CX. $185 for the cable repairs. He said that he would call in a bit to let us know.... MF August 25th 2020 4:45 PM ::::: The CX did not call about the estimate but since it was all open & the wires were all spread out & since there was a Pre-Approval $100 so I repaired the cable. If he make a fuss about the $185, just discount him a little $$$ amount not much, & inform him that we cannot sit on estimates for a long time, we have to take decissions right away or in a matter of time as we deal with other CXs. too on daily basis.....
