KHAWER Aug. 21 AT 6:50 pm recorded msg that ur Laptop is water damaged, please call us to discuss, estimated cost is $145 Aug. 22 AT 10:20 AM cx called and approved $145 for Ultrasonic cleaning and repair, if keyboard need to be replaced it will be additional $45 but we have to call customer for approval............. Khawer aUG. 22 AT 4:54PM INFORMED CX., THAT WE TRIED TO clean ur old keyboard but it did not work so I got new Keyboard and it will be ready after half an hour, he said , he will pickup tomorrow....
